Free Printable Collection Inventory Sheet

Most collections start as a box, a shelf and a memory of what’s in them. A written list is the easiest way to keep track: what you own, what condition it’s in and what you paid for it.

The sheet is a landscape page with 16 rows. Each row has room for:

• Item and description
• Maker or brand
• Year
• Condition (with a key for mint to poor)
• Where and when you got it
• What you paid
• What you think it’s worth
• A photo checkbox and notes

Two habits make it work: add a row the day something new comes in, and keep a copy somewhere other than where the collection is stored.
